Transparency: what the public site touches
- The files and text you process are not sent to our servers.
- Aggregated analytics (Google Analytics 4) only runs if the user accepts it and never includes file names or content.
- One case uses an external service: the password checker may query Pwned Passwords with k-anonymity (only the first 5 characters of a hash are sent).
- The intranet version ships without analytics and without that external service.
Frequently asked questions
Is this an official GDPR compliance certification?
No. The GDPR does not provide for a “certificate” issued by a software vendor. We provide technical documentation and an architecture that minimises the data processed; assessing compliance is up to your data protection officer or legal adviser.
Are any files uploaded to your servers?
No. Processing happens in the user’s browser. You can verify it with the browser developer tools.
How much does it cost?
It depends on scope (number of users, intranet licence, integration). Tell us about your case and we will send a fixed-price proposal, with no lock-in.
Can you issue an invoice?
Yes, a formal invoice with VAT in your company’s name. Please send your billing details when requesting the proposal.
