How can I verify this?
Your files are never uploaded: they are processed on your device. Check it yourself: load the page, turn off your WiFi and the tool keeps working. Or open your browser’s developer tools (F12), go to the Network tab, and see that no file leaves your device.

Frequently asked questions
Is quality lost when rotating?
No. Only each page’s rotation property changes; the content is not redrawn or compressed.
Can I rotate only some pages?
Yes. Every page has its own rotation buttons; the ones you change are highlighted in the grid.
Are my documents uploaded?
No. Rotation is applied in your browser with pdf-lib and thumbnails are generated with pdf.js, without sending anything.
How do I rotate left?
With ↺ you turn 90° counterclockwise; press twice for 180° or three times for 270°.
