Frequently asked questions
How do I write page ranges?
Separate pages or ranges with commas: “1-3, 5, 8-” takes 1 to 3, page 5 and page 8 to the end. You can also reverse the order with “5-1”.
What is the difference between “Extract” and “By ranges”?
“Extract” puts all the chosen pages into a single PDF. “By ranges” creates a different PDF for each comma-separated group, packed in a ZIP.
Is my PDF uploaded anywhere?
No. The PDF is processed in your browser with pdf-lib and pdf.js; it never leaves your device.
Can I delete pages from a PDF?
Yes: use “Extract pages” and select all the ones you want to keep; the rest are left out of the new document.
