vCard QR code generator for business cards
Turn your business card into a QR that adds your contact to the phone’s address book with a single scan: name, company, job title, phone, email, website and address. It is a static QR so it never expires, and your details stay in your browser.

Frequently asked questions
What happens when someone scans it?
The phone shows your details and offers to save them as a new contact. On iPhone and Android you just point the camera at the code.
Can I change my details afterwards?
Not in the same QR: the data lives inside the code. If it changes, generate a new one and replace the old one.
How much data fits?
QR codes hold quite a lot of text, but the more you add the denser and harder to read it gets. For a card, name, phone, email and website are usually enough.
Is it private?
The QR is generated in your browser and nothing is sent to a server. Bear in mind that anyone who scans the code will see the data it contains.
Does it work on every phone?
With the camera of iPhones and almost all recent Android phones. Some older phones need a QR reader app.
