How to use

Frequently asked questions

Are my details or invoices stored on a server?

No. The invoice is generated in your browser. Your seller details and line items are saved only in this browser (you can delete them by clearing site data) and are never sent.

Does this invoice meet the legal requirements of my country?

It is a PDF with the usual fields, but invoice requirements (mandatory details, series, VAT, e-invoicing or verifiable invoicing systems) depend on your country and activity. Check with your accountant or tax authority.

How is the withholding calculated?

The percentage you enter is applied to the taxable amount (subtotal minus discount) and subtracted from the total, as with income-tax withholding on professional invoices in some countries. If it does not apply to you, leave it at 0.

Can I add my logo?

Yes, upload a PNG, JPG or WebP image and it is embedded in the PDF header. It is processed in your browser.

Which characters does the PDF support?

It uses the Helvetica font, which covers Latin alphabets with accents. Characters from other alphabets are replaced by a question mark.
